Kishori Lal

Pandit Kishori Lal, born at Dharampur, Police Station Hazipur (District Hoshiarpur, Punjab); died 11 July 1990 at Civil Hospital Jalandhar.

A comrade of Shaheed Bhagat Singh who was involved in bomb making at Lahore and was arrested from 69, Kashmiri Building (Lahore Bomb Factory of revolutionaries) on 15 April 1929 along with Sukhdev. Participated in historic hunger strike in jail. He was sentenced to transportation for life. Remained in Cellular Jail

He also took part in Goa liberation and was a member of the state committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist)

He was injured in a road accident near Phagwara

and was admitted to the Civil hospital where he died after 11 days.
