Early life

After finishing high school in Pretoria, South Africa, Musk left to meet his mother in Toronto, Canada and enrolled in college to pursue a degree in business at Queen's University

Musk was an early investor in his brother’s venture X.com, an online financial services and email payments company. While Elon stayed in California, Kimbal moved to New York and enrolled into the French Culinary Institute
