Pre-Debut
Prior to singing, Junsu had entered and won various poem- and song-writing contests. He originally auditioned for YG Entertainment, where he befriended G-Dragon and Tae Yang of Big Bang. He was accepted into both YG & JYP Entertainment, but chose to take the path of JYP in his final decision. Up till now, he is still close friends with both members of Big Bang.Group
On September 4, 2008, Junsu, along with 6 other members, debuted as 2PM with their first single "10점 만점에 10점" ("10 Points out of 10 Points") from their single album "Hottest Time of the Day."So far, 2PM

Personal Life
Junsu stands and weighs 68 kg (149.9 lb; 10.7 st). He speaks Korean and minimal English. His hobbies include composing, fashion, collecting accessories and shoes. His specialties are singing and writing themes. He is widely known by the nicknames Jun. K, Daegu Grandpa and Panda and called the 'Jun Brothers' together with fellow member Junho. Junsu is a Buddhist. On February 24, 2011, he was admitted into the bachelor program for Performing Arts at the Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts, starting his new semester as a fourth year student.Television
