Lamb was a founding editor of The Occidental Quarterly, but resigned from his position in September 2007 in the wake of a purge of the editorial staff.

Lamb assisted the late Samuel T. Francis in assembling and marshalling to press a seminal collection of essays, entitled Race and the American Prospect: Essays on the Racial Realities of Our Nation and Our Time, published in 2006.

He has written one book, entitled The Open-Borders Network: How a Web of Ethnic Activists, Journalists, Corporations, Politicians, Lawyers, and Clergy Undermine U.S. Border Security and National Sovereignty (2007), and is currently at work on another book on the sociobiology of race and character.
