Kasper Baltazar Eistrup (born January 24, 1973) is the lead singer, guitarist, composer, songwriter and founding member of the Danish band Kashmir
.
In the spring of 1991 he met two of his future bandmembers while staying at Kastanievejens Efterskole as a student. They formed a band called Nirvana, which was later changed due to the American band of the same name gaining fame.
