History

KWIC first appeared in the FCC database as KESC in 1992. KWIC itself went on the air in April of 1994 with a format that included satellite-fed Adult Contemporary, and talk shows. By 1999, the station switched to a partially-satellite fed oldies format. The station transitioned to the current "Eagle 99.3" incarnation in 2004.
