KGNM also airs "Off The Beaten Path: the evening program from 6pm to 10pm featuring alternative Christian music such as: Switchfoot, The Wedding, Relient K, Ohio Avenue, and others. Christian music during other parts of the day and on most of the weekends.

Staff includes as of 2010 : General Manager Chris Meikel, Music Director: Jeremy Sharp, On Air personality: David Hugger.

Kgnm has also started in 2010 an intern program for highschool students that are interested in working in the music and broadcast industries.

KGNM is also now on 102.5fm in St. Joseph MO
