. In 2005, former owners Ruby Radio Corporation had applied to the FCC to change the station's community of license to Spring Creek, Nevada
.
According to station sources the licensee removed all equipment from the KELY studios and transmitter site on October 21, 2008 in anticipation of their move to Pioche.
