The monorail system uses four cars, with a driver in the front car, and seats in each car, with no standing capacity.

Tickets cost S$5.00 per adult and S$3 for children below 12 years old, allowing limited travel for one day. Each ticket is good for 1 round around the park only.

For the convenience of the disabled, lifts are available at every Panorail station and the seats in the last cabin can be folded up to accommodate wheelchairs.
