Kwiek works with the Team for Political Science and History, involved with the socio-political changes in Poland in the last century, the theory of politics, and the implications of the process of globalization. The main research directions of the Team encompass following fields:
Since 1996, the Team have been offering subjects connected with the issues of European integration and international security as part of the Jean Monnet
programme. Since 2004, in cooperation with the Foundation for Local and Civil Initiatives the Team have been running the two-term Postgraduate Academy of European Funds Management.
