Scoring

Each song has 3 levels of difficulty, with all difficulties having a maximum of 1,000,000 points.

Total Score = Note Score + Bonus Score
Note Score = (900,000 / total # of notes)*(P + G*0.7 + g*0.4 + B*0.1)
  • P - Perfect count
  • G - Great count
  • g - Good count
  • B - Bad count

Bonus Score = (100,000/1024)*BonusCounter
This "Bonus Counter" has a range from 0 to 1024.
The Bonus Counter starts at 0, and fluctuates by the following amounts for each hit:
  • Perfect or Great: 2048/totalNotes
  • Good: 1024/totalNotes
  • Bad or a Miss: Subtract 8192/totalNotes

The game background will animate as this BonusCounter increases, and if a player reaches the last BonusCounter animation, the bonus score will be the full 100,000 points.
It is possible to do very well on a song, but miss out on the maximum bonus due to missing notes at the very end of a song.
