Scope

Journal of Industrial Relations aims to examine all aspects of employment relations by publishing papers with an interdisciplinary perspective. The journal also publishes qualitative and multi-method analyses, including theoretically-informed case studies and international and comparative papers. Journal of Industrial Relations focuses on the traditional concerns of industrial relations as well as studies addressing workplace, family and community.
