Josh Hannay is an Australian professional rugby league
footballer. He is a former Queensland state representative and the current record holder with the greatest points scored in the history of the North Queensland Cowboys
club.

Hannay signed to play for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in 2007 until the end of 2008. In 2007, after struggling for form in top grade and Premier League both he and fellow Sharks recruit Brett Seymour
were told they were not wanted in Premier League. Hannay then played his trade for the Gymea Gorillas before signing with the Crusaders.
Josh Hannay was used mainly as a centre and goal-kicker for the Celtic Crusaders.
In August 2009, Hannay, along with five team mates, were ordered to leave the United Kingdom after the UK Border Agency
