from 1993–1997, 2003–2004 and then moved the character to Port Charles
from 1997-2003.
, to Robert and Suzanne Lindstrom. He also has a brother, Jeff. As a drummer, Lindstrom recorded the album, "Feel Free To Do So," with the band, The High Lonesome, for the Spark Records label. The record garnered much industry praise and "most-added" status for two singles on the Billboard Hot 100. Jon announced on Twitter that he and The High Lonesome will record two new songs for the re-release of that newly remastered album.

An active athlete, Lindstrom is an avid skier, scuba diver, surfer, and a proficient martial artist.
