In this capacity, Mr. Straub was responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the EOP including serving as CFO and CIO, as well as managing security, facilities, human resources, and travel. Mr. Straub also served in the George H.W. Bush Administration.

Before joining the George W. Bush Administration, Mr. Straub served as an Associate Dean for Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Earlier in his career, Mr. Straub served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the United States House of Representatives. He received his bachelor's degree from the Catholic University of America.
