John Dick.

He had a varied career before entering Congress, rising to Brigadier General of the Pennsylvania Militia, establishing the J&JR Dick Banking House, and serving as Pennsylvania State Court Judge. Elected to represent two different Pennsylvania Districts in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1853 to 1859. First represented the 24th District from 1853 to 1855, then the 25th District from 1855 to 1859. He was the father of Civil War Union Colonel and US Congressman Samuel Bernard Dick
