 videogame, it was designed to combine the function of a steering wheel controller, while maintaining the size of a standard PlayStation controller. This is accomplished by a dial approximately 3 inches in diameter in the center of the controller (almost in the same location as the Dual Shock analog sticks).

The dial was the first force feedback steering wheel available on the PlayStation. Its name was derived from the action of "jogging" a dial like those found on some VCRs and the action of putting this on a controller. all can be felt through the dial as the player manipulates it to maneuver their vehicle through the course.
