James Hunter Williams, aka Jim Williams or J.H. Williams (born June 17, 1926) is a retired American politician, member of the Democratic Party. Williams is best known for serving as the 11th Lieutenant Governor of Florida
from 1975 to 1979. He was the second Lt. Governor under Governor Reubin O'Donovan Askew
(his second term). Williams remained in office and didn't serve the next term, because he was replaced by fellow democrat Wayne Mixson
