After leaving his position as assistant coach at Clemson, Leahy began his post-soccer career with the Fund for Public Interest Research. From there, he moved to Connecticut Public Interest Research Group (ConnPIRG). Over the years, he has held positions in various research and marketing organizations before founding his own company, the Leahy Management Group.
