in 2009. In mid 2010 she went on to film the short film 50-50 which is based on the gang wars in Sydney, Australia during the 1920's and 1930's. She portrayed the lead role of the real life underworld figure/prostitute Nelly Cameron. Following this she won the role of Gwen in the film The Vow, a movie filmed in Toronto in which she portrayed Rachel McAdams' younger sister. Jessica Lang and Sam Neil were cast as the parents. She sent a self tape for this role to the USA while filming 50 50. It was this self tape that secured her the role.
