Jeremy H. Oden is a member of the Alabama House of Representatives. Oden is a member of the Republican Party, who was first elected to the State House in 1998. He had previously run unsuccessfully for the state house in 1994.

Prior to entering the state house Oden was a small business owner primarily involved in the construction industry. He is a United Methodist and holds a bachelors degree from Asbury College
