History

Bhupinder Singh Johar started the spring business in 1954 in a small shop in Yamuna Nagar which has now acquired global recognition as the fifth largest producer of Leaf and Parabolic Springs. After 5 years JAI became one of the frontrunner automotive parts company.
And today, JAI is the largest springs producer in India.

Operations

Jamna’s four state of the art manufacturing facilities are located at Yamuna Nagar, Malanpur (near Gwalior), Chennai

Its wholly owned subsidiary, Jai Suspension Systems LLP (JSSLLP) has a plant at Pant Nagar in Uttarakhand
