James Rosenberg Racing is a V8 Supercar racing team owned by South Australian agricultural business identity, James Rosenberg. The team was re-formed in 2010 season with Tim Slade
as the teams driver after a toe-in-the water year working with Paul Morris Motorsport in 2009. The team is presently based on the Gold Coast in Queensland as a satellite operation of front running Ford team, Stone Brothers Racing
.
The team began in the 1980s as a Sports Sedan
team with Rosenberg himself as driver. In 1995 the opportunity presented to step into the Australian Touring Car Championship
with a Holden VP Commodore
for Formula Holden
front-runner, Mark Poole. The team continued as a second-tier team within the ranks of the privateers, capable of reaching the top ten results on occasion. The team folded part way through the 2000 season and Poole left the sport.
Rosenberg became involved in the board of Australian Formula 3
, and the emerging career of Tim Slade
, assisting him into the Paul Morris Motorsport team for the 2009 season. Rosenberg announced the reformation of the team in December 2009 after acquiring a Racing Entitlement Contract from Paul Cruickshank Racing
with the intention of running a Ford Falcon for Tim Slade in the 2010 V8 Supercar Championship Series

will run the car from their workshops in Queensland as a 'satellite' third car to be raced under Wilson Security Racing alongside team regulars, Shane Van Gisbergen

In 2011, Lucky 7 will take over from Wilson Security as naming rights partner of Car #47 of Tim Slade to be raced under Lucky 7 Racing.
