was the second Bishop of Grafton and Armidale
in the last third of the Nineteenth Century. He was born in 1829, educated at Durham University
and ordained in 1853. He was Chaplain
of Bishop Cosin's Hall, Durham and then held incumbencies
at Canons Ashby
and North Tidworth before his elevation to the Episcopate. He died on on 27 April 1893.
