 passes through Jadcherla. It is located at 83 km (51.6 mi) away from state capital Hyderabad. It has a big market place for agricultural products called "Ganji". There is a small rocky hill at one end of the village called Jadcherla Gutta or simply "Gutta". "Gutta" has a temple on top of the hill and a small pond. There are 3 Dargahs also there, Haleem Kaleem Shah Dargah, Yaba Ki Dargah, and Mohbattali Shah Dargah. It is well connected by road and railways. Almost all the buses have a halting point here. Night life in Jadcherla is plentiful.

Six kilometers (4 miles) from Jadchela there is a village Gangapur where there is a famous temple which was built in the 12th century by Cholas. This type of temple is rarely seen in Andhra Pradesh.

Jadcherla is located at 16.77°N 78.15°E. It has an average elevation of 536 m (1,758.5 ft). Jadcherla is surrounded by three major villages:Gangapur , polepally and kodgal. It is approximately 50 km (31 mi) from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Sri lax mi Chennakeshava Swami temple at gangapoor. it has one small river that's name is Dundubi revere at alwanpally and also have one Shivalayam at meenambaram.
