Icici's main tourist attraction remains its large beach, one of the most beautiful in the region and offering a variety of entertainment. Situated by the village center, it is part sandy beach and part concrete area. The beach is well managed and each year investments are made to further improve it, which is why it is regularly awarded the prestigious "blue flag". The entrance to the beach is free and open for all. The beach is ideal for enjoying a variety of sports – beach volleyball, soccer, badminton on the sand, a water polo court in the sea. Children particularly love the beach's large water slide. There are various restaurants to be found on the beach itself, a small supermarket that will satisfy everyone's needs, and free wireless internet access for all (WLAN).

The beach is enclosed by the ACI Marina on one side, and merges with the little harbour of Icici on the other side, which is as old as the village itself and has developed alongside it. This harbour is meant for smaller boats only and reminds us that Icici is a coastal village.
