Isaac Salmonsen was a Danish bookseller and publisher.

He established the publishing house Brødrene Salmonsen in 1871, along with his brother. He is particlularly known for publishing the Danish encyclopedia, Salmonsens Store Illustrerede Konversationsleksikon
