Criticisms

Company representatives have stated problems, resulting in low service levels, arose from the unforeseen phenomenal growth phase in customer numbers (an increase of 1000% in one year). More recently, the company has increased the numbers of customer service agents employed in response to the increase in demand on the call centre. The network "backbone" has been redesigned to be scalable, allowing it to grow in tandem with expected, and hoped for, future network expansion and increases in customer numbers.
