The International Quorum of Motion Picture Producers (IQ) is a global peer network of production company owners. Founded in 1966, the organisation grew out of the vision to create a worldwide network of trusted filmmakers to pool knowledge and resources on international productions.

Organization

In December 2010 The International Quorum of Motion Picture Producers (IQ) comprised more than 80 members in 45 countries spanning 6 continents. Members of IQ are, among others, Canada's Minds Eye Pictures, New Zealand's Omnicron Productions, Switzerland's Condor Films Ltd

Membership

Membership in the The International Quorum of Motion Picture Producers is by invitation only. Invitation comes from existing members.

Festival Activities

Each year at the U.S. International Film & Video Festival, Best of Festival (Grand Prix) awards are presented to an outstanding entry from among the Gold Camera winners in the main categories by members of The International Quorum of Motion Picture Producers. 2004, IQ-Member Robert James was member of the film jury at the Cannes Lions International Festival.
