In 2000, InterCall launched its first web conferencing platform, and in 2002 surpassed one billion minutes of usage. Spanish language services followed in 2005, mobile conferencing in 2006, and reservationless video conferencing in 2008. Towards the end of the decade, the company built a focus on Unified Communications, offering unified meetings, messaging, conferencing and telephony.

In 2010, the company executed over 20B minutes in conference calls globally and generated over $1.2B in revenue.

InterCall was acquired by West Corporation in 2003, beginning a period of rapid growth and acquisition. Over the last decade . Audio Conferencing
InterCall offers automated and reservationless teleconferencing solutions through platforms such as Reservationless-Plus and Direct Event conferencing. The company also provides additional features to supplement audio conference calls, including operator assistance, toll-free dial-in for international participants and record and playback functions.
