The five stations tested are 1 minute Sit-ups, Standing Board Jump, Chin-ups, Shuttle Run and 2.4km Run. To motivate NSmen to keep themselves fit, they are monetary awards given when they achieve gold ($400) and silver ($200) standard in their IPPT year.
