After NBC affiliate WISE-TV (channel 33) was sold to Granite Broadcasting in March 2005, Granite maintained operations at WPTA through a local marketing agreement

 (LMA). WISE-TV's newscasts are now very similar to WPTA's newscasts and generally have the same anchors and reporting staff. Slow changes to WPTA were made and now a multi-channel format is in place called Indiana's NewsCenter. Now all of the newscasts on these channels have the same look, except one anchor (Linda Jackson) from the original WISE-TV that still currently appears only on WISE-TV. To make clearer which channel each newscast is on, INC's logo is rotated with the respective station's logo.
