album. A version of the song was recorded by the Joe Harvard Band for the Pixies tribute album Dig For Fire, although it was omitted from the final album track listing.
Originally sung by Black Francis, Kim Deal
now sings the song, beginning with the reunion and subsequent tour in 2004.
Black Francis also references the song and Peter Ivers' death in one of his solo record songs, "I Gotta Move".
A cover of the song also appears on The Danse Society's Seduction EP from 1982.
One of the most memorable covers of the song was made by Tuxedomoon
