 and Firefox, Image Xplorer is designed to view, download, and print images (and only images). It supports most common image formats such as .jpeg and .png. It does not support text or any other form(s) of content. A smaller version, called Image Xplorer Lite (also freeware), was released on June 20, 2007. The only difference between the two is the "Lite" version lacks the view mode featured in the original Image Xplorer and thus can only download and print images. As of August 2008, both versions are fully supported by developer Catzware.

Versions

Image Xplorer is currently at version 5.0.1 which was released on September 26, 2007. This version fixed numerous different bugs that were found in version 5.0, which was released on September 9, 2007.
