Route description

State Highway 74 begins at a junction with U.S Route 93 southwest of Twin Falls. The highway heads towards Twin Falls where it runs concurrently with Washington Street and later Shoshone Street. It terminates at the intersection of Shoshone Street and 2nd Avenue East in downtown Twin Falls.
