. The Ibiza Rocks brand has also expanded into a Bar, Restaurant a number of shops that sells the Ibiza Rocks fashion range. The brand was created by Andy McKay and Dawn Hindle as an offshoot of their Manumission club night in Ibiza.

The Ibiza Rocks brand has continued to expand creating a sister event titled Mallorca Rocks which takes place in the Mallorca Rocks Hotel in Majorca since 2010. Mallorca Rocks also includes a Bar, Restaurant and Store along with a similar line up to the Ibiza Rocks Festival each year. Ibiza Rocks has been credited as the catalyst for the regeneration of the Ibiza town San Antonio, and now it appears the festival is doing the same for Majorca with Magaluf. Ibiza Rocks originally set up home at Bar M in 2005 where the first festival included the likes of Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys and Mark Ronson. This helped bring a new generation of music lovers to the island. Up until 2007, Bar M continued to host sell-out gigs before Ibiza Rock opened the Ibiza Rocks Hotel in 2008. The Hotel combined hot weather, cool accommodation and big acts to play poolside on a weekly basis. Over the past four years the hotel has staged acts including The Prodigy

2005 Line Up

Maximo Park, Hard Fi, The Futureheads, Kaiser Chiefs, Audio Bullys and The Kooks all played the first Ibiza Rocks! festival and Bar M.

2006 Line up

We are Scientists opened the festival on July 10th. The Following weeks induced performances from Editors, Dirty Pretty Things, Boy Kill Boy, Kasabian, The Fratellis, The Futureheads, Undergound Heroes, Jet & Captain. The View, The Cribs, The Automatic closed the festival.

2007 Line up

The View opened the festival at BarM on the 19th June. Kasabian played two night at the festival followed by CSS who played on 10th July. LCD Soundsystem and The Enemy preformed in July, Mika and The Fratellis also played two dates at the festival in August and September. Arctic Monkeys were one of the large acts booked for Ibiza Rocks 2007 who has support from Dj's Zane Lowe, Rob Da Bank and Mark Ronson.

2008 Line Up

Dj's Rob Da Bank, and Zane Lowe returned for a second year in 2007 along with acts inducing The Fratellis, The Enemy and We Are Scientists. The Pigeon Detectives opened the festival on June 17 and Pendulum Ibiza Rocks 2007 on 9th September. Other acts on the bill induced The Wombats, Reverend and the Makers and Soul Wax/2manydjs.

2009 Line Up

Ibiza Rocks 2009 opened with a huge opening party on 16th June with The Ting Tings, Frankmusik, and Zane Lowe. 2manydjs, Steve Aoki and Cassette Jam also preformed at the 'Reclaim the Dancefloor' afterparty.
