 carried by ION Television affiliates, airing lifestyle programming during the day, and movies in the evening. It was launched February 19, 2007. The network airs programming pertaining to health and wellness, cooking, home decor, and travel, among other subjects.

The network is available 24 hours a day on digital subchannel

The network was going to be called iHealth prior to its rebranding as ION Television.

 have reached an agreement to not only continue to carry ION Television, but also to launch two new digital networks qubo

and ION Life but as of September 10, 2011 Comcast viewers in Atlanta are still oblivious to the fact that ION Life and qubo networks exist.

Even though ION Life's parent network ION Television had rebranded itself on September 8, 2008, ION Life retained its present logo (which is a green version of the 2007-2008 ION Television logo) and graphics package.

Starting in February 2010, movies have been shown on ION Life, usually from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m., 7 nights a week (sometimes starting earlier or ending later depending on the length of the films).
