The airport is currently served by one terminal. In recent years, a large number of expansion works was carried out at the airport, including the building of the arrival hall, which cost US$155 million

Future Developments

  • Construction of a new terminal complex at a cost of $300 million with an annual passenger capacity of 7.5 million. The project will be implemented over the course of 36 month period. Passengers will have access to a wide variety of stores, duty-free boutiques and restaurants. The planned opening date is 2011.
  • Construction of a second 4,000m runway.
