Government

The government of The Incorporated Village of Huntington Bay is headed by the Mayor Herbert Morrow and four trustees. The current trustees include Deputy Mayor Dennis Gai (also serving as Road Commissioner and Acting Police Commissioner), John McCusker, Jay Meyer and Don Rave. Also representing the Village are 7 Administration officials headed by Village Administrator Lynn Pincomb, 5 members of the Zoning Board of Appeals including Chairman Ron Prior, Village Justice Stephen Kunken, Court Clerk Kristen Gerken and prosecuting attorneys Lawrence & Lawrence, LLP.

The Village of Huntington Bay has its own police department consisting of one chief, one sergeant and four full-time police officers. The 2009-2010 police budget is $1,365,445.00.
