Phases
Members of the organization claim that in order to prevent the impending robotic tyranny, a number of stages must be followed.Stage 1 - Awareness
"Awareness" was the initial stage of defence announced in the summer of 2005. The main two components were informing the general public of the threat of robots, and performing surveillance on mechanics and scientists who may assist robots in their mission. In pursuit of these goals, the following steps were taken:- On November 28 2005, Keith interviewed Daniel WilsonDaniel H. WilsonDaniel H. . - The "HUAR! Command Center" forum was opened to catalogue ways our technologies might soon overthrow their organic creators.
Stage 2 - Preparation
"Preparation" was officially announced on 11 May 2007. Skills required for this stage are:- Know where the screws are in all major electronics.
- General knowledge of how robots work is not required; just how to take them apart.
Further, the following must be at the ready at all times:
- A Phillips-headHenry F. PhillipsHenry F. Phillips was a U.S. businessman from Portland, Oregon. The Phillips-head screw and screwdriver are named after him....

Addendum:
On Wednesday May 30th, 2007 Brandon, a Senior Engineering Specialist recommended (and Keith has approved) the inclusion of the following items in the HUAR preparedness kit:

- Wire Cutter (6 in side cut pliers, or ‘dike’ is recommended)
