footballer who played mostly as a winger.

. Porfírio returned to Benfica in July, being loaned the following season to C.S. Marítimo and demoted to (soon extinct) Benfica B during two entire seasons.
Subsequently, Porfírio had short spells, playing with modest Portuguese outfits (Sociedade União 1º Dezembro and Clube Oriental de Lisboa
), retiring in 2008, after a season in Saudi Arabia
with Al-Nassr FC.
