Since April 1993, the College has been an independent Further Education Corporation under the management of a governing Corporation, the Principalship and the Senior Management Team.

The college's buildings are within close proximity of each other. The Balliol Centre serves the majority of the college's students as the main building with 7 floors, including the main Reception

The college also operates within the nearby Merton Centre site where painting and decorating courses are held. The Sixth Form Centre, located next to the main Balliol building, house the Adult Education programmes and is where the college's Student Services Manager is based.
