Accessibility

Despite statements to the contrary on the National Rail website and via telephone enquiries, both platforms at Hornbeam Park are fully accessible to wheelchair users. There is ramp access to the road from the northbound platform and to the nearby business park from the southbound platform. There is quite a large step up from the platform to the train, but all trains have ramps on them.

There are audio announcements of coming trains.
