located in Great Falls, Montana
. The shopping center opened in 1959 with Albertsons and Skaggs Drug Centers
and anchor stores. The mall was expanded into a enclosed shopping mall in the early 1960s. Today, the mall is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond

drug store. The shopping center was expanded in the early 1960s to add a enclosed shopping mall with Buttrey Suburban, a division of Great Falls-based Buttrey Food & Drug
. Another expansion brought Chicago-based Montgomery Ward
to the mall in 1966. Another anchor, a Buttrey-Osco
food and drug store, was built in 1967. However, while the Buttrey-Osco was under construction expansion, a major fire destroyed the new store in October 1967 The store was subsequently rebuilt.
In 1979, Holiday Village Mall was acquired by Macerich. Macerich renovated the mall and brought in a Herberger's
department store in 1979. During 1985, Skaggs' parent company American Stores
and Buttrey-Osco's parent company Jewel Companies
merged and converted the Skaggs stores into Osco Drug stores. In 1991, the mall underwent an expansion. The expansion brought in a Sears department store on the site of the recently relocated Buttrey store. During 1999, the mall underwent a major renovation and the mall's eastern anchor, Montgomery Ward, closed its 33-year-old location. The vacant Montgomery Ward store was soon replaced by Herberger's
, which moved its older location on the mall's upper level in 2000. Albertsons closed its Holiday Village Mall location in 2000. A free-standing Osco Drug
was planned to replace the vacant Montgomery Ward auto center in 2001. The planned Osco Drug was never finalized and a Hollywood Video
store was opened in the empty auto center in 2004, which closed in 2010. In 2005, Ross Stores announced plans to open a store in the vacant Albertsons store. After numerous delays, the store was finally opened in April 2007.
Macerich sold the Holiday Village Mall to GK Development in July 2006. In 2007, the mall's Scheels All Sports
store was closed and larger store was built on the site of the former Herberger's store. The empty Scheels space was quickly filled by Bed Bath & Beyond
in October 2007. In early 2010, CVS Pharmacy
, which acquired the Osco Drug stores from Albertsons in 2005, closed its store after a new free-standing location was built nearby.
