, and has also contributed to the development of the Global Air Navigation Plan for CNS/ATM Systems and the Middle East regional plan for CNS/ATM systems. On behalf of ICAO, he has conducted 18 hands-on workshops worldwide, covering the seven ICAO regions on the subject of planning and implementation of CNS/ATM systems.

Prior to joining ICAO, he worked as Director, Radio Construction and Development Unit, at the Airports Authority of India. In this assignment, he was responsible for the project management of CNS facilities. Furthermore, he served on two ICAO ANC Panels of Communications (ASPP) and Navigation (AWOP). In addition he developed/presented the study report on ILS/MLS transition to ICAO SP COM/OPS meeting in Montreal in April 1995. He holds a Bachelor's degree
