High-C is the nerdcore rap persona
Persona

 of Jason Z. Christie (born in 1970). The persona was created in 1988. As founder of the Rhyme Torrents nerdcore hip-hop compilation project and nerdcorehiphop.org, High-C was often found at the center of the nerdcore scene, and was the biggest early promoter of the genre.

He also brought some fifteen nerdcore artists to perform at the Consumer Electronics Show

. A producer as well as an MC, High-C produced the track "Nerdcore For Life", the first nerdcore posse track, and also the longest, with thirteen MCs in sixteen minutes.

High-C has also appeared in the film Nerdcore For Life, and was cut from the film Nerdcore Rising.
