Hesperia is governed by an 8 person Council consisting of six trustees (with alternating 4 year terms) and a President (2 year term). As of October, 2011 the following serve:
President - JR, Trustee and Pro Tem - Richard Williams, Trustees: Scott Kroepel, Toni Rumsey, Paul Calkins, Mathew Mejia, Louis Nemastil, and Matthew Viglione.

Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at the Village Hall on E. Michigan Avenue at 7:30pm.
