Youngest son of Sir Samuel Wilson, of Ireildoune, Victoria, Australia, and of Lady Wilson, of 77, Marine Parade, Brighton. Served in the South African Campaign (twice Mentioned in Despatches).He was a member of the British polo team Roehampton, which won the gold medal.
