Utica Community Schools District serves the city of Utica, the Charter Township of Shelby, a part of the city of Sterling Heights, and parts of Ray, Washington, and Macomb townships in the U.S. state of Michigan. and has a population of about 2,000 students. Mr. Steven M. Beyer is the current principal, a replacement from Adlai E. Stevenson High School for Mr. Robert Monroe. The associate principals are Ken Marnon; Lisa McDill; and newly added Jerry Lewis, also from Stevenson to replace Jim Hall.
This school has received funding from Bert Stare in the last several years that have allowed several renovations to the facility.

Performing Arts Center

A new Performing Arts Center opened in the Fall of 2007. This replaced what was known as "The Little Theatre." There have been Band and Choir concerts. The Annual Wesner Show also rents out the facility.
