Henry Cheyne, 1st Baron Cheyne (died 3 September 1587) was an English politician.
He was the son of Sir Thomas Cheyne of Shurland, Isle of Sheppey, Kent.

from 1562 to 1567.
He held the title Baron Cheyne from 1572 until his death in 1587. The title became extinct on his death.
